Delivery Within the United Kingdom

We offer three delivery options within the UK. 

Standard Delivery

Price: £3.50

3 to 5 working days from confirmation of order, usually delivered through Royal Mail 

Orders over £50

Price: free

3 to 5 working days from confirmation of order, usually delivered through Royal Mail  

Fast Delivery

Price: £9.95

1 to 2 working days from confirmation of order, usually delivered through one of our partner delivery companies.

All delivery prices include packaging and handling costs.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase, however, if for any reason the goods do not meet with your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a full refund.

This refund applies so long as we are notified within 14 days of purchase. This is in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations of 2000.

You are responsible for returning the goods in the same condition as received, and in accordance with our "No Quibble" policy you will not have to pay the return delivery costs. These will be borne by us.

We will refund you within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.

Packaging

We aim, as much as possible, to either use recycled packaging or packaging made from recycled materials.

 International Delivery

We can arrange delivery to most international destinations.
