Our opening collection of products are predominantly from Southern Africa (South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique).

At Delve we like contemporary designs, particularly when combined with traditional crafting techniques. We like good design process and we like quality craftsmanship. We especially like elegant and functional objects that combine all of these things.

We also believe in a fair world, where everyone is paid a fair price for their work. Buying from small producers ensures that the artisan, crafter or artist derives maximum benefit from each sale. Some of our producers are from isolated rural communities who have extended families to support; some are artists working independently; while others are small businesses that employ disadvantaged persons.

Our product sourcing policy follows ethical trade principles.

Our environment is also important to us, and we make sure, as much as possible, that our products are made from local materials that are sustainably and responsibly sourced.

We strive to offer our customers a high level of service. We have a flexible returns policy and always respond promptly to queries.
